This Privacy Policy explains what information Pepper collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Front Runners (“we,” “us,” “our”) is the data controller for the information described below.
Our Promise
We will never sell your data, and we don’t use advertising networks or third-party trackers inside Pepper. Everything we collect is in service of running the app you signed up for.
Information You Provide

Account information — your email address (for magic-link sign-in) or your Apple / Google identifier when you sign in with one of those providers.
•
Health-related content you enter — peptide protocols, dose logs, vials, reconstitution settings, injection sites, bloodwork markers, notes, and any other content you choose to record in the app.
•
Preferences — your experience level, default syringe, dose timing, reminder cadence, and similar settings.
•
Optional support content — anything you write in a bug report, support email, or feedback form.
Information Collected Automatically
•
Device and diagnostics — iOS version, app version, device model, and limited crash/diagnostic data. We use this only to debug issues and improve the app.
•
Notification interactions — whether you’ve granted notification permission, so we know whether to schedule reminders.
We do not collect your contacts, your photos, your location, or your in-app browsing behavior. We do not use analytics SDKs that profile users.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:

Run the app you signed up for — store your protocols, sync them across your devices, fire reminders, compute reconstitution math.

Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
•
Respond to your support requests.
•
Fix bugs and improve the product.
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your content to train AI models or for any advertising purpose.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Pepper stores your data on your device (SwiftData) and, when you sign in, syncs it to our backend hosted on Supabase (US region). Supabase acts as our data processor under a written agreement and applies industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.
Who We Share With
We share information only with the limited set of service providers we need to operate Pepper:

Supabase — database, authentication, and storage hosting.
•
Apple — for App Store sign-in, subscription billing, and push notifications.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order) or to protect rights, safety, or property — and only the minimum that the law requires.
Your Rights
You can:

Access and edit your data directly inside the app.
•
Delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. This triggers a server-side routine that cascades a delete across every record tied to your account (protocols, vials, dose logs, profile). Local data on your device is also wiped.
•
Export your data — email us at team@appfrontrunners.com and we’ll send you a copy.
•
Object or restrict processing — also via the email above.
Depending on where you live (EU/UK/California), you may have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA. Reach out and we’ll honor them.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your records from our active database. Backups containing the deleted data age out within 30 days. Anonymized logs that cannot identify you may be kept longer for security and debugging.
Children’s Privacy
Pepper is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact team@appfrontrunners.com and we’ll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes we will tell you in-app or by email before they take effect. Minor wording or structural changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
