Terms of Service

Welcome to Pepper. These Terms govern your use of the Pepper iOS app and any related services (“Pepper” or the “Service”), operated by Front Runners (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using Pepper, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pepper. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. What Pepper Is
Pepper is a personal logging tool for tracking peptide protocols, doses, vials, and related notes. Pepper is not a pharmacy, prescriber, telehealth service, or medical device. We do not sell, ship, prescribe, or recommend any substance. See the Medical Disclaimer for important limitations on what Pepper does and does not do.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at team@appfrontrunners.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use Pepper for any unlawful purpose, including the manufacture, sale, or distribution of regulated substances.
•
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the app.
•
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without prior written permission.
•
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to Pepper.
•
Use Pepper to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
5. Your Content
Your dose logs, vials, protocols, notes, and any other content you enter belong to you. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, back up, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription (“Pepper Pro”). When you subscribe through the App Store, the following applies:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
•
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
•
Your subscription can be managed and cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel a StoreKit subscription on your behalf.
•
Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Pepper app, including its name, branding, design, source code, and content (other than your own user content), is owned by Front Runners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pepper for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. On termination, the rights you have to use Pepper end immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
PEPPER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONT RUNNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PEPPER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Front Runners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of Pepper, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Pepper after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
